STAFF FACILITIES & STOCKROOM REFURBISHMENT £531K

M.A Humm Ltd are delighted to have supported the successful securing of this £531K refurbishment project at Ralph Lauren’s New Bond Street store in London. Work Packages A & B comprise the reconfiguration and refurbishment of staff facilities, stockrooms and receiving areas across the basement, first, second and third floors, with phased working planned around the store’s continuing operations.

The works include:

• Conversion of the existing basement men’s locker room into additional stockroom accommodation.
• Refurbishment of stockrooms across four levels, coordinated with revised storage and racking layouts.
• Creation of new third-floor men’s and women’s locker rooms and reconfigured press stock accommodation.
• Bespoke receiving-area workstations, processing tables, storage joinery, upholstered seating and vanity units.
• New staff lockers, internal partitions, fire-rated doors and associated fire-stopping works.
• New floor finishes, suspended ceilings, wall finishes and decoration, including timber and fabric panelling to match existing interiors.
• Alterations to mechanical ventilation, lighting, power, data, fire alarm and sprinkler installations.
• Phased working, restricted deliveries and out-of-hours activities within an operational central London retail environment.
