It Included

Alterations to the existing cart lodge structure to facilitate a new enclosed ground floor living area with lower level Golf simulation room.

New internal staircase and opening to be formed to access the existing first floor level to include a further living area, bedroom and bathroom.

This project also includes extensive structural and strengthening works to the existing structure, notably to form to the new dormer, external works including existing driveway re-figuration works, rear patio and also separate cart lodge foundations and ground floor slab to be constructed in close proximity to the existing in preparation for a future cart lodge construction at a later date.
